Generation Wild of the Pikes Peak Region collaborates with community partners to host events, field trips, seminars and more to encourage a curious, active and explorative lifestyle for children in our community!

This event is two nights and three days in the mountains of Deckers, CO with LIVE music, great food, fun outdoor activities and more! To add to the fun, the S'more Adventure Race is happening this weekend too!

Fountain Creek Watershed District's Upcoming Events

Creek Week throughout the 
Fountain Creek Watershed

Saturday, September 29 - Sunday, October 7

This 9-day watershed-wide litter and debris collection event brings together service groups, neighborhood associations, scouts, schools, churches and individuals to donate their time to help clean up the Fountain Creek Watershed!


The YMCA is hosting an event in this series specifically to clean-up Prospect Lake on Saturday, October 6 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.! Click here to register!

Rocky Mountain Field Institute's Upcoming Events

 Trail Work & Restoration at Garden of the Gods

September 23, 29, 30, October 7, 27, 28 & November 3, 4 from 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Minimum age to work is 16 (or 13 when accompanied by an adult).

October 13, 14, 20 & 21 from 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Minimum age to work is 16 (or 13 when accompanied by an adult).

RMFI Garden Youth Day 
at Garden of the Gods

Saturday, October 6 from 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 12:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Families with children 8-years-old and older are encouraged to attend this trail restoration event to revive Colorado Springs' famous treasure, Garden of the Gods! With two sessions, you can choose which time slot works the best for you and your family.
