Daddy Daughter Dance

Bring your special girl to an evening at the Briargate YMCA! The evening includes dancing, refreshments, crafts, professional photography from Peak Moments, and flowers for the participants.

Date/Times: February 4, 2012, 6pm–8pm
Location: Briargate YMCA
All ages welcome!!
Fee:
In advance: $25 per couple, $10 each additional child
At the door: $30 per couple, $15 each additional child

We still have slots open for MEND which will begin Jan 23. Please call 719 329 7291 for more information on this free community based program.

MEND (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition, Do it!) is an organization that works to better the health and lives of children who are overweight or obese. The program meets two times a week over a 10 week period, both with parents and children. The sessions are designed to cover a variety of topics such as healthy eating, healthy lifestyles, exercise & activity, and more. The program is meant to challenge kids while providing them with educational and fun activities both in the classroom and in a fitness setting.

Monday-Friday: 5am-9:30pm
Saturday: 6am-8pm
Sunday: 12pm-6pm
